I am Sachita Bareja the face behind Chocolate Sprinkle which was founded during lockdown, in the summer of 2021.

 

With a love for all things chocolate, I signed up to an online course at Chocolate Academy. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This was followed by much research and countless hours of self learning - the art of chocolate making.

I was keen to turn this new found passion into a business venture. After hours of market research, I wanted to develop a brand which offered honest, good quality chocolate free from palm oil. Hence, I have chosen to work with Callebaut, the finest Belgian chocolate couverture which is palm oil free and Cocoa Horizon Certified (100% Sustainably farmed from bean to chocolate).

The taste of chocolate is much greater when you know that the ingredients are sourced honestly and contribute to a world where the cocoa farmers have a brighter future. 

With this ethos, I present to you chocolates that are Handmade with Love in small batches, ensuring a truly indulgent experience.

Chocolate Sprinkle offers a Year Round Menu as well as seasonal specials. We can work together with you to design and create your perfect bespoke chocolate for any event.
